Not as happy as I should be, paid almost $12,000 over sticker price including dealer add ons and extra coverages. I feel like you had me over a barrel and got out of me all you could. I’ve purchased a total of 3 new vehicles from the dealership over the years (2015-2022) and my last purchase experience has me never purchasing a vehicle from them a again. The salesman Adam Bates wa dealership over the years (2015-2022) and my last purchase experience has me never purchasing a vehicle from them a again. The salesman Adam Bates was extremely unwilling to work with us on anything in regards to our new car purchase and trade in value. Not to mention a salesman he knew nothing about the vehicles technology we were purchasing and asking question on. At one point he said “you can just use YouTube on how to do that” instead of showing us as he didn’t know how to screen share the phone on the system that allowed it. He also didn’t know what the cameras in the vehicle allowed in terms of monitoring, these are very basic things I’d expect a salesman to know or at least offer to find out for me. Not to mention he flat out lied to us on what his dealership was going to sell our trade in vehicle for once put on the lot. In fact, he said “there’s no way we’d sell the vehicle that high in price” then checking today the dealership listed our trade in for the exact price he told me they couldn’t sell it for, ultimately don’t appreciate lying to customers just to get what you want.
