After I wrote a bad review on here, I was contacted by the dealer to bring my vehicle in for an inspection. I thought they wanted to look at everything that was wrong. NOPE! They literally did a state ins the dealer to bring my vehicle in for an inspection. I thought they wanted to look at everything that was wrong. NOPE! They literally did a state inspection and didn’t address any of the issues that were outside of the state requirements. I will never recommend this dealership. More

Purchase was made on a Saturday and representative promised delivery for the following Monday. Delivery was postponed until Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday. Sales representative became upset wi promised delivery for the following Monday. Delivery was postponed until Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday. Sales representative became upset with me after I contacted his supervisor for an explanation. Upon delivery, vehicle make ready/detail was very poor. After such a delay they could have done a better job. The vehicle still contained items and trash from the previous owner. Vehicle was found to have minor issues that were not addressed during make ready. Still working to get them addressed. More

I was told the wait would be at least an hour to an hour and a half. At 2 hours I went up to the desk to check since I could still see my car in the sane place I had parked it upon arrival. I might have believed this had I not witnessed at least 5 people come in after I arrived for service and leave even before I went to the desk. I watched as the service person looked for paper work and went into the work area. Ten minutes later my car was taken back. I also listened as 4 customers were called to come and get cars left earlier in the morning My experience with leaving my car has been that walk ins and appointments were taken care if first and drop offs were taken care of and out by the end of the day. I have had every service done for my car in it 103,000 miles at this location. The service has never been so slow or the personnel so Uncaring fir the customer. Needless to say I was not impressed with the service I received today. More
