First of all, this is the THIRD time I’ve filled out a survey for that one service on my taillight. Good grief. Here goes: I dealt with 2 people for this repair appointment. Mary Sloan, who is always helpful, and Robert Brompton who did a great job! Robert was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem that needed repair, even showing me the faulty part, and discussed my options. He's great to work with. I always bring my 4Runner to your dealership because your people are the best. I leave feeling confident my vehicle has been serviced or repaired properly. The sale Sguy was great. BUT., ALL THE EXTRA OPTIOS THAT I WAS BILLED WERE NEVER INSTALLED.... NO ONE AT THE DEALER DID CHECK ANY OF THE OPTIONS PRINTED ON THE DOCS. Good service department - has been keeping my truck running well for 120k miles. So mostly good experiences, but they do like to push for you to change air filters, which is sometimes annoying. My last major service included a 4 wheel alignment to remedy the truck pulling to the right - that ‘s not a problem anymore…but now the truck pulls gently to the left. More
