Here goes: I dealt with 2 people for this repair appointment. Mary Sloan, who is always helpful, and Robert Brompton who did a great job! Robert was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem that needed repair, even showing me the faulty part, and discussed my options. He's great to work with. I always bring my 4Runner to your dealership because your people are the best. I leave feeling confident my vehicle has been serviced or repaired properly. The sale Sguy was great. BUT., ALL THE EXTRA OPTIOS THAT I WAS BILLED WERE NEVER INSTALLED.... NO ONE AT THE DEALER DID CHECK ANY OF THE OPTIONS PRINTED ON THE DOCS. Good service department - has been keeping my truck running well for 120k miles. So mostly good experiences, but they do like to push for you to change air filters, which is sometimes annoying.
