This dealership has been excellent in providing quality preventive maintenance on my Tacoma. I purchased mine from another state and move to the Houston area and was able to have my truck serviced with no preventive maintenance on my Tacoma. Made 11:30am appointment. Got there, checked in and was seated in waiting room by 11;20. Employees were courteous. Vehicle set out front until 12:15pm before being worked on. Left at about 1pm. Went in for an oil change, got home and had a "special offer" in the mail for a discounted oil change, but was charged full price.
