This was the absolute worst service we have ever received!! From first contact to follow up nothing they did showed customer appreciation!! We scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle with received!! From first contact to follow up nothing they did showed customer appreciation!! We scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle with cash the following day, we arrived as planned. No one greeted us and we where informed by the salesman that vehicle had been sold. We had just traveled 4 hours to purchase this vehicle! We had been told we could purchase this the day of contact because it had not gone through Mc Haik quality inspection. The manager Christian went to speak with the GM Mark and they agreed to to sell us the vehicle. Christian then told me he was bending over backwards to help me! By upholding his end of the prearranged agreement? The rear tail light was broken and the two rear head rear where missing. I was then told It had passed Mac Haiks highest quality inspection!!! Obviously quality has a deferent definition at Mac Haik! My wife drove back down 4 hours to have the tail light and head rear installed that we argued about for 30 minutes to have them replace at the time of purchase. She arrives after 4 hours of travel and being assured she has a service appointment. To be turned away from service and at the sale office was handed dirty/dusty head rest and a box with a tail light. To say I will never make a purchase from any Mac Haik dealership or recommend them is a major understatement! I will forever lobby against this organization due to the poor care and service we received. Who makes a woman travel alone for 4 hours and then doesn’t even hold up their end of the agreement AGAIN?!!!!!! My biggest regret is not being able to give them zero stars on this review!!! The management has offered no follow up or apologies!! More
