I was a bit apprehensive coming back since the 1st time I visited, I needed extensive work done. I knew I needed and oil change and state inspection. However, the nicest Express Maintenance employee helped me solve my full set of tires needed in order to pass inspection. He stepped out on empathy and kindness towards me and I will continue to be a customer because he cared. Before this I never had a new car. I had a 2006 used and 1998 Toyota 4-runner used. Now I have all the gadgets I never knew a car had. From start to finish this experience has been the best. Also the gap insurance is a must and it only raises your payment 10 bucks. Worth it. The maintenance program they do is awesome. Unlike most 22 year olds my partner and I worked from very young and eat everything we receive.
