After leaving the dealership I felt I was LIED to about the bench seat option. I was told it was NOT available on a Limited Highlander with the 12.3” screen, this was extremely disappointing. The bench s the bench seat option. I was told it was NOT available on a Limited Highlander with the 12.3” screen, this was extremely disappointing. The bench seat was and still is a preferred option for my Highlander. Upon arriving home, I went online and looked at the Toyota website and noticed that the bench seat was available with the Limited package as well as with the 12.3” screen. I felt more like a numbered customer instead of a valued customer, the salesman did mention he was only 2-3 cars away from meeting his quota for the month. More

I had shop around 3 different Toyota dealer in the area got a good quote on 2021 highlander at sterling decided to try Mac Haik if they can beat it. Came in after they promised they can beat it. Not only t got a good quote on 2021 highlander at sterling decided to try Mac Haik if they can beat it. Came in after they promised they can beat it. Not only they can beat it but added free window tinting and custom floor mat. Best decision ever! Nick Tieu was very professional. Worked really hard to get me a great deal. My word of advice is get a good quote else where and come to Mac Haik and see Nick! It worked for me! More
