I brought in our 4 Runner to have a low pressure fuel pump to be replaced due to a factory recall. I however also at this same time purchased 4 new tires, a 4 wheel alignment and oil change. I discussed all this before my maintenance visit with the Service Manager, Darrel Devillier. He was a great help answering my questions about the factory fuel pump recall and also answering other questions as well. Darrel is extremely professional and very knowledgable plus takes the time to explain things. My Service Advisor that took care of me was Ralph Accardo. Ralph helped me schedule all the work, made sure the parts were there in advance for the recall, helped get the tires ready for installation and also took the time to explain the questions that I had. Ralph also took the time to research a software upgrade needed on the radio in our vehicle and that was also accomplished during this same visit. All the work performed on our 4 Runner was done in both a timely manner and done expertly as well. Just as a side note, I cleaned up my vehicle before I brought it in for service....just something that I do. Well when I picked the vehicle up after all that work had been done on it, it was even more clean than before I brought it in!! I can tell you that the people that I worked with and the work that was preformed was very nothing short of impressive.
