Their service got a lot slower. My remote battery died i thought thats covered but instead had to pay. It took 2 hrs or more to get the service. For the most part, prices are competitive for general maintenance. Worth a little more for OEM Toyota parts and fluids and not worrying about workmanship like at a Jiffy Lube.
