Purchased a new Tundra after my 2013 Tundra was totaled in a flood. Both Scott (salesman) and Ray (finance rep) were nice and answered all my questions. I was in and out quick since I knew what I wanted before I went. It probably also helped that I did the online pre-qualification and waited for someone to call me back which was Scott. He was nice to talk to on the phone and in person. Neither Scott or Ray tried to pressure me into buying something I didn't ask for. I usually don't write reviews but this was such a good experience that I had to say something especially after reading some of the bad reviews and considering passing by this dealer. Just shows that you shouldn't go on just the bad reviews. Every salesman is different and I must have gotten one of the good ones. Love the new truck. More

Got a land cruiser with front aftermarket upper control arm (full adjustable) alignment completed. The works done was good (kudos to the tech - Jacob Bullock). The service advisor ended getting the tech to explain the findings and works completed (feel like the service manager either doesn’t know how to explain it). Not sure what’s MacHaik’s policy is for wearing face mask during a pandemic, but face masks weren’t used consistently in the services’ office (from the cashiers to the service advisors) - what if a customer is sick or a machaik employee were sick? Only the tech has face cover on during our chat (again, kudos to this guy). 3 stars because the service advisor doesn’t seem to be able to explain the works/findings. I used to go to Janie but she no longer works there. More
