excellent Mac Haik Toyota. had the car I wanted. My salesman Larry was very helpful and went above and beyond the call to help me with the purchase. He did no Mac Haik Toyota. had the car I wanted. He did not pressure me and kept in touch with me over a period of 3 days until I was able to come from Jersey Village (290 and Beltway North) to see the car. Kurt Sheets is your guy for upfront and quick decisions! Had a disappointing experience at Autonation Toyota Gulf Freeway and was wary of the same at Mac Haik. The OPPOSITE - Kurt gave me pricing on ONLY the vehicle I was interested in - we agreed upon the price and he obtained everything along with setting up info for the loan within 24 hours. Afterwards, he called to assure that there were no concerns. He met my expectations of NO HEAVY SALES of cars I am not interested in and did not provide more info than I wanted. I would highly recommend him to family and friends no questions asked. More

Complete lack of quality control in the body shop The worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. I had relatively minor rear end damage to my 2017 Sienna limited along with some cosmetic touc The worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. I had relatively minor rear end damage to my 2017 Sienna limited along with some cosmetic touch up on the front bumper. It took a long time to process and then when I picked it up the 1st time, the bumper was the wrong color and there was a fog lamp missing where the touch up was done on the front. No quality control whatsoever at this body shop. The shop was a bit quicker to fix their errors and the rework only took a couple of days. Things looked OK but I later noticed the rear bumper flapping a bit - upon inspection underneath, I noted that there are pieces of hardware that they did not install after the rework. Again, no quality control or since of pride at this body shop. At this point, I am not going back to those clowns to leave my car for two days - I went down to my local car parts place and got the missing part for less than twenty dollars! Third time is a charm to fix - on my own dime! Still cheaper that the time I have wasted with this place. If you value your time, get your Toyota fixed elsewhere - the dealer service is not of value and the quality control just is not there. More
