One year oil and filter change. Even though I have 7000 miles on my RAV4, it was time for my yearly oil and filter change. I asked them to top off all fluids as needed and they did. Good customer relations, but not satisfied with results The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm having an issue with my wheels squeaking. I had the same problem the last time I came in fo The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm having an issue with my wheels squeaking. I had the same problem the last time I came in for maintenance many months ago and they said new brakes would fix the issue. Even though the squeaking did not happen when the brakes were applied but only in the morning when the car was cold and the tires were spinning. So I went ahead and had the brakes replaced and that did resolve the issue for a week, but after a week, the squeaking returned. I relayed all this to the service dept. this time. They indicated that they were able to replicate the squeaking during this service appt. but couldn't find anything wrong and that replacing the brakes would fix the issue. I asked the service tech. if my brakes otherwise were in good shape and he told me that yes, they are only worn about 1/3. So I don't need brake, but they want to replace my brakes anyway to stop the squeaking. Seems to me like they are just addressing the symptom and not the real issue. I'm frustrated. More

Kurt Sheets is the best I am certain there are a lot of good sales persons at Mac Haik Toyota but we have bought four from that location and we love working with Kurt Sheets. He is very knowledgeable and knows we do not like to waste a lot of our day at a dealership. He works with us and gets us out knowing we got a great deal. Much appreciated. The service team is great especially Ralph. They work hard to get you in and out and the workmanship is perfect. I have heard horror stories about folks that took cars to local repair shops instead of the Toyota dealership. I can say with confidence that they do good work and very reasonable costs when you have exceeded your warranty and has to start paying for scheduled or unscheduled service. More
