Details don't matter to them I called and made the appointment for my car's 85,000 and 90,000 mile maintenance. When I got the confirmation email, it only said 85,000. So I was stressed wondering if they were going to have time to do the oil change that my car needed. Fortunately when I got there, they were not busy and said that they were able to take care of it. They were friendly and did the service fast. I would have actually given them a good rating. But when I walked out to my car in the parking lot, not only was the car unlocked, but they had actually left the car turned on. They actually left my car running and unlocked in the parking lot. Granted the car was not at much risk of being stolen since the key fob was not in the car. But had someone so much as gotten in the car and pressed the brake without having the key fob, the car would have disabled itself. I wonder how long it would have taken them to fix that - or who they would have tried to charge for it. Thinking back, it was always something. Some detail that they would screw up. They would forget to go over the multi-point checklist where it said that the tires needed to be replaced or it was getting close to time for a brake job. Or not tell me when my car had a recall. Or they would forget to reset the "Maintenance Required" HUD message. Or (I loved this one) one time they even forgot to wash the grease off their arms and hands before getting in the car to move it. I'm so glad to be done with this place! This was (surprisingly) my last oil change included with the car purchase. I thought there were more, but I'm not even going to contest it. Thankfully, I'll be taking the car somewhere else for maintenance going forward. More
