The efficiency of their system could use an improvement. We walked back and forth from the used car section to the new car section and then our sales guy had to walk all the way over while we waited over 3 We walked back and forth from the used car section to the new car section and then our sales guy had to walk all the way over while we waited over 30 minutes to tell us their needed our insurance.
