I came in during the week and wanted time to think about my purchase so told Brian I would be back on Saturday if I was still interested. He made sure to have the exact car I was interested in on the lot that Saturday so I was able to see it and test drive it. The whole buying process went so much smoother than I am used to. And by the time I got through all the paperwork it was past Brian's official work hours but he stayed later so that he could show me how to set up and use the various technology features in the car.
