After my 2002 Toyota Echo was totaled i was dreading the prospect of buying a new car, but i took the recommendation of a friend and went to Madison Honda and thank goodness i did. I did a lot of research and decided i wanted a new Fit, and knowing exactly what i could get one for from a couple of other dealers i decided to try Madison Honda first. My salesman Adrian was very nice and knowledgeable, and recognizing that i was serious about buying and not just kicking tires he didn't apply the hard sell. I told him what number i couldn't go above, and after a little back and forth we had a deal. Two days later i was driving off the lot in a 2013 Fit. When i got there Adrian was with another customer so the salesman at the next desk Bob showed me to the car and he was very nice and helpful as well. I financed through my bank so i can't comment on their financing, but Adrian, Bob and Mike who check us out were all great. The whole experience was about as low pressure as a car buying experience can be, so i recommend these guys guys very very highly. More

We were surprised by how great our car buying experience was at Madison Honda. We first went there on a Friday night close to closing time (my husband works crazy hours) and were lucky to get Mark Hathaway was at Madison Honda. He took his time showing us all the features of the CR-V, allowed both of us to test drive it and never once pressured us to make a decision about buying. I'm the type of person that needs to sleep on a big decision and I don't like high pressure sales tactics. If you're at all like me, this is the dealership for you. Mark's approach was that the product spoke for itself and he didn't need to play games with us about the car - if we liked it, we would buy it. It really made the buying process that much easier for me because all the pressure was gone. We went back the next morning and bought my beautiful 2012 CR-V for a great price! The only down side was that we had to wait a long time to talk to finance but that's probably because SO many people were buying cars there! Bottom line - if you want a stress free buying experience with knowledgeable and patient salespeople, Madison Honda is for you. Thanks again, Mark! -Caitlin & Josh More

I sent out a request for a quote for a 2013 Honda Odyssey, I got one back from Madison honda it was a good price I called to confirm the vehicle was available. then traveled 30 miles to see it. I get there sit down with a sales man give him my price quote he writes up the order form, Then I see a extra charges for eight hundred and something dollars for a pro pack, two hundred and some change for a doc fee plus destination and dmv. suddenly a 31,000 car becomes 34,000 and thts still b4 taxes. I asked the sales person to explain to me what the extra charges were and he told me the pro pack comes on most of their vehicles it includes a net , mats and something else. I told him I didnt want to pay 830$ for stuff I don't really need or want I got a quote from Brian I added up the numbers my self w Tax, destination and dmv and now they want to tell me I have to spend more. He gets his manager a Man named Phil. Who I remember from Planet Honda the biggest rip off dealership in NJ I just shook my head, He came over and told me if I wanted the car for the price Brian quoted me I had to take the pro pack because he needed to make some money, I told him no and he told me well there's nothing we can do for you here. I thanked my sales person who's name was Bob I think, he was a nice. The sales Mgr was very unprofessional I only went there because of the good reviews I read. Ppl really have different opinions and If the have a sales Mgr from Planet Honda then you should RUN fast and far. I did get my odyssey at the price I wanted and the so called pro pack was included.
