My old Honda was getting ready for retirement and I thought I'd buy a used vehicle from this dealership. It was late at night and I put a deposit down on a 10 year old car because I was overtired and thought I'd buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I emailed the sales rep that I changed my mind. As he promised there was never an issue about returning the deposit and there was never any pressure about buying a new car. I did all my homework on the new Accord and test drove different models to decide which one. At almost the last minute I opted for the CRV and fell in love with it. I spent HOURS going back and forth and decided on the CRV. Despite the fact that Adrian was only supposed to work until 5 pm, he stayed there until I left the lot happy at 7:30 pm. He spent about 6 hours with me and my wife and I NEVER felt pressure from him. Conversely I went to a local bank for a loan and I felt pressure because they had to leave early and I only spent about 25 minutes there. Adrian knew the vehicles well, was very polite and thorough. More than anything he knew how unpleasant car shopping can be for people and even though we negotiated I never felt I was playing games. I have been in sales for at least 20 years so I don't praise or recommend a salesperson unless they have proven themselves. I highly recommend Adrian and Madison Honda in general to anyone. More
