Pleasant Experience at Madison Honda After doing quite a bit of research, my father and I had our eyes set on a used Honda Certified 2011 Accord Crosstour that we spotted on Madison Honda After doing quite a bit of research, my father and I had our eyes set on a used Honda Certified 2011 Accord Crosstour that we spotted on Madison Honda's website. The car had all the features we were looking for and very low mileage for a used vehicle. Before even getting there to check the car out, Jacob gave me a call earlier in the day to confirm that the one we were interested was still available, which was much appreciated. Once there, Jacob took us out for a test drive and gave us an overview of all the features of the car. Once we decided this was the car we wanted and were happy with, we sat down to discuss the price. While there was an extra cost that we hadn't planned for because of a previously installed package, Jacob negotiated with us down to a price we felt comfortable with. We returned a few days later to pick up and inspect the car. The weather was not kind that day, but Jacob made sure we were able to inspect the car closely and comfortably by pulling the car into the service garage area and letting us look over all the details there. Not long after, we met with the finance manager, signed some papers, and were on our way. The next day, Jacob gave me a follow up call to see if I had any questions about the car and if I was enjoying my new ride, which I certainly was! Overall, our experience at Madison Honda was truly a positive one. Jacob was knowledgeable, caring, and patient with us throughout the whole process. I would recommend Jacob and Madison Honda to anyone looking for a new or used Honda. Thank you Jacob! More

Buying Used Car I called Jacob Feldon on a Tuesday to give him the details on the car I was looking for. He found the exact car I was looking for within the week. During our demo drive Brian took the time to explain details about our hybrid vehicle to make us feel more knowledgeable about the car we were test driving. Brian used his knowledge about the vehicle to help us obtain even more efficiency from the Insight. Back at the showroom he explained the inspection process for Certified used cars and then proceeded to discuss price. After a brief discussion we agreed upon a price with concessions on both sides that we believed was fair for both sides. A few days later we picked up our car very smoothly. We thank Brian and Maureen, FInance rep, for a smooth and quite pleasant car buying experience. We would return to Madison Honda in the future and would recommend Brian for future purchases.
