Adrian was quite the opposite. I found him approachable, helpful and on task. My hope throughout the process was that Madison Honda would be able to provide me with the fairest pricing since they had serviced my other vehicles for many years and I felt some familiarity there. The car buying process was frustrating as each dealer's new car price varied greatly and each one's price for my existing cars varied greatly. It made the process tedious and time consuming. From the minute I met Adrian, he (unlike any other sales rep at any other dealership), worked to make the sale simple. He geniunely wanted to met and/or beat other offers. Once the sale was finalized he was hard working to accommodate my busy schedule, my father's deteriorating health condition and the Christmas hecticness so that he could get the proper paperwork completed, teach me how to drive and understand the car, etc. without wasting unnecessary time. His supervisor, Steve, was equally helpful. I felt Adrian was rare in all these exemplary ways. I think you should consider him an asset to your dealership.
