We had a glitch at the end as we were not given keys to the car and did not discover until home. Only given the valet key. Salesman after insisting we did have the keys finally went and found them. Madison Honda has excellent customer service. We were in the middle of a lease when we received a letter from Madison Honda interested in buying our vehicle, so we went in to see what our options were, not the middle of a lease when we received a letter from Madison Honda interested in buying our vehicle, so we went in to see what our options were, not so sure we would want to give up our current Honda yet, as we were very happy with it. Mo our sales associate was great to deal with and thanks to him, we upgraded to a new lease. Mo was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was very helpful working out options to get us a new car for a specific price. I feel we got a very good, very fair deal and would be happy to work with Mo again in the future. He also noted the value of our business because we were local customers - which is super important to us as well. Not that I think you wouldn't receive the same great service if you weren't from the area but the fact that Mo and Madison Honda acknowledged that and went above and beyond is probably why you do see so many Honda owners in the area. Another reason for that is their service center. Thankfully we have not had to service our Honda very often (probably because we lease) but the times we have brought it in, it was a VERY pleasant experience. The service center is run very efficiently, you don't even need an appointment, I have never had trouble getting a loaner car, and the wait time for an oil change is very reasonable. They make what is usually a total hassle as pleasant of an experience as they can. The Madison Honda service center is the main reason why I will always look into leasing/buying a Honda in the future and when you accompany that with the great sales experience we had with Mo, I would certainly be happy to recommend this dealer. This is my second car purchase at this dealership. They offer aggressive prices and the sales staff is professional and courteous. They quickly zeroed in on the right vehicle. Buying a new car is good / bad: because you're excited about getting a new set of wheels but dislike the bargaining process. At Madison Honda and especially dealing with Mark Stocke, maked the wh excited about getting a new set of wheels but dislike the bargaining process. He and the other staff were friendly & did try very hard to bring about a deal that satisfied all concerned. This was the 4th time I have done business with Madison Honda and the 2nd or 3rd expierence with Mark. I recommend both to friends and family and certainly will be back again in the future. More
