I selected in the appointment details that I needed the courtesy shuttle when I dropped my car off because I had to go right to work and when I arrived the shuttle wasn’t even there and they didn’t know wh courtesy shuttle when I dropped my car off because I had to go right to work and when I arrived the shuttle wasn’t even there and they didn’t know when it would be back. The woman that was performing the oil change was very kind and was trying to get in touch with the driver but couldn’t get ahold of him.
