Very poor customer service! Took my car in to get new tires & a alignment. Driving home my check engine light came on. Called the dealer right away! They told me that wasn’t the Took my car in to get new tires & a alignment. Driving home my check engine light came on. Called the dealer right away! They told me that wasn’t their problem. I told them it wasn’t on when I left! I went to auto zone to get get it hooked up to their reader to figure out what the issue was. I called the dealer back 3 days in a row and left several messages. No one ever called me back!! Very unprofessional!! Was going back here before winter to trade in for a SUV. That definitely won’t be happening now!! Very disappointing!! More
