I didn't have an appointment but had a message on my dashboard that my right front tire pressure was low. So, I called Tburg Maguire, and they said to "carefully" drive it over (I was less than a mile dashboard that my right front tire pressure was low. This review is about my previous appointment. I struggled with whether to leave this review or not and when I went back to the previous review it was expired. I have purchased two new Chevy truck I struggled with whether to leave this review or not and when I went back to the previous review it was expired. I have purchased two new Chevy trucks from maguires in Trumansburg and the last truck was almost two years old when I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I parked it in my garage and the next morning I noticed many scratches and paint missing and also two dents. I called and took the truck back and they agreed to fix it. The dents were fixed ok but the paint was butchered as they used a paint pen that is obviously not the same color it’s actually much lighter and then they sanded the paint pen spots and removed the clear coat and scratched it again and left it that way. When I called again and told them they offered to get another paint pen and do it again. At this point the whole passenger side of the truck bed needs to be painted and clear coated to match the rest of the almost new truck. It stands out and is obvious and I’m really disappointed at how the truck looks and am worried that it will rust prematurely without clear coat and the sanded paint. I will have to now take my truck to another paint shop and pay for it to be fixed correctly. I am very disappointed with how my truck looks. After buying two new trucks there and spending that much money and being loyal I am very disappointed at how my truck was treated. I will not be going back to that dealership again when it’s time for a new truck or for any other work. More
