They told me 3 separate times they would cover the replacement of a part on a car I had just bought, then said they wouldn't. Even the service manager agreed they would cover the part.. I paid nearly $30,000 for the car and the engine light came on 3 days later. It was like a punch in the gut. The saddest part was they didn't care how upset I was. Never again. More
