I had a terrible experience with the service dept regarding my tires. The service mgr told me I had a leak(cut) in 1 tire and I needed to new tires. Well, I went to 2 other tire experts and both look regarding my tires. The service mgr told me I had a leak(cut) in 1 tire and I needed to new tires. Well, I went to 2 other tire experts and both looked and tested all 4 tires and I did not have a cut/leak. Tires have not lost any air in 3 weeks. Terrible experience More

In looking at my car, I saw that the mangled rim on the drivers front tire is still on the drivers front. So the tire rotation, which I requested and paid for was not done. Carfax also says I should get drivers front tire is still on the drivers front. So the tire rotation, which I requested and paid for was not done. Carfax also says I should get a tire rotation in five months which confirms that the tire rotation was not done. The detail which supposedly was done has left the front window so smeared that in sunlight its like looking through a fog. Did I even get the oil change which I also paid for?? That said, send me a check for the cost of the tire rotation and take me off your mailing list. More
