I called the dealership to see if they had any 2023 RAVs on the lot(no one else has them available) there was one. Malik greeted me at the door and was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Christian is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic! I feel lucky to have had Ali as my mechanic because he is meticulous and knows Toyotas like the back of his hand. My only problem with the dealership is one of the guys in the “front room” gave me a ridiculously low quote for my car ($500). Even the CARFAX quote sent to me on a monthly basis is much higher. I have a 6-cylinder 2007 RAV 4 with 217,000+ miles on it, but it has practically been rebuilt! I spent thousands of $$$ having it repaired. P.S. I love Christian! Give him a raise!
