They knew ahead of time we were ready to buy, but the wait took forever. I arrived at 5:30 and it wasn’t until 8:30 that I finally started to meet to sign deal and write check. That’s unacceptable. I needed the regular maintenance; but then received a notice for a recall. Everything was ready when I arrived; the shuttle service allowed me to come home and take care of chores while my car was being serviced. Ron Stam kept me posted on the progress and informed as soon as the vehicle was ready. I love bring my car here for servicing- nice, friendly staff and shuttle driver and I am in and out in no time.
