I needed the regular maintenance; but then received a notice for a recall. Everything was ready when I arrived; the shuttle service allowed me to come home and take care of chores while my car was being serviced. Ron Stam kept me posted on the progress and informed as soon as the vehicle was ready. I love bring my car here for servicing- nice, friendly staff and shuttle driver and I am in and out in no time. I first just wanted to find out pricing so I only gave my email address because I like things in writing. Jason Strawn answered my email. He gave me the price out the door. I agreed to go test drive the car. Immediately he was very easy to talk to...laid back guy. He was not pushy at all. He had the car pulled around for me. Before we ever drove it...he took the time to show me how everything works. As we test drive the car...the conversation just flowed. When we got back...he offered me some water. Then we filled out the application. I have never owned a honda before. I ended up buying a 2016 civic with only 18000 miles. The car is sweet...very clean. It was a lease car. The process was easy. I prayed before going...i had a bad experience at Future Chevrolet...so the Lord made this so easy for me... I got pre approved from capital one before even going. I knew what I was willing to spend. This made the process easier. Clark Osborne who is the sales manager reached out to me to find out if anything he could do. The people there are so nice...they are not pushy at all. You will have a great experience here. I also was helped by Woody Elwood. He is a great guy. I would recommend asking for him or Jason. Both great laid back guys who are willing to listen to you and not hold you hostage by the sales tactics. Great buying experience...definately would come back... More
