Being comfortable about making a big purchase. Maita Honda went above and beyond to give me what I was looking for. the staff were friendly, well kept and seemed to very much enjoy their job. When making a big purchase as I did, your nerves are a little strained. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and first time making a purchase this big. As soon as I arrived and began speaking with Loann, my sales person, I felt some relief and was able to enjoy the experience in its entirety. Loann really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and was right there every step of the way. She was knowledgeable about the products and quick with direct answers. Loanns people skills are nothing short of fantastic. She was fun, interesting to talk to and made me feel like we had been friends for a long time, even though I had just met her minutes prior. Awesome! I was extremely pleased with the service. I bought my Honda I’m Roseville and has gone there previously, but after several oil changes took more than I was extremely pleased with the service. I bought my Honda I’m Roseville and has gone there previously, but after several oil changes took more than 3 hours I decided to try Maita. Ryan immediately explained all the services and why. I was told in needed brakes, once the car was inspected by Maita it was clear I did not. Everything was explained and though I am not super familiar with car terms I felt comfortable enough to ask any questions I had. I saved a few hindered dollars and felt it was a relief to not be taken advantage of. Thanks again!! More
