100k major maintenance service on Honda Ridgeline Ron Stam provided excellent customer service once I got to meet with him. Short staff on that day and I had to wait 30 minutes for a service write up. Ron Stam provided excellent customer service once I got to meet with him. I suggest that Maita Honda provide enough service techs to provide the intake so that customers don't have extended wait time when dropping off a vehicle. The staff were courteous and helpful once I got the service. The vehicle was washed and seems to be running well. Thank you. More
