But Matt was not pushy or aggressive with me which I truly appreciated. We have now been shopping for a car for my boyfriend and the two dealerships we went to (not Maita and not Honda) were both horribly pushy, to the point we walked off the lot and won’t go back. I never felt this way while working with Matt. I appreciated the painless process tremendously. More

Damaged both my front struts and will not repair the damage I’m very disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. Last week I took my vehicle for a routine oil change. After picking up my car I I’m very disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. Last week I took my vehicle for a routine oil change. After picking up my car I noticed there was something very wrong with the car’s suspension. I took it back to Maita Honda and they refuse to even look at it. I took my car to another mechanic and confirmed that both of my front struts were damaged in the process of doing the oil change. I contacted Mayra Honda’s owner Steve Maita and inform him of what had happened and asked that my car would get repaired. However the dealership refused to fix the damage they have caused. Gary Kiser & Norbert Santos, supervisors, said that my car’s struts were probably already on the process of breaking on their own. He told me if I did not like their answer to call the Consumer affairs department (Bureau of automotive repair) or better business bureau and file a complaint. I am very disappointed with this dealership specially after being a customer for many years. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

We’re about to give up and leave until one of the employee’s Alex came to us and talked to us. He was an amazing worker, we found a agreement and help my son get his new car. Without Alex and Antonio it wouldn’t be possible for my son to get his first car. I recommend this place for any first time buyers More
