Would not recommend this time I am very disappointed in Maita Honda. When my fiance arrived with our car for the appointment, all the car problems were listed online through Mait I am very disappointed in Maita Honda. When my fiance arrived with our car for the appointment, all the car problems were listed online through Maita's appointment scheduler. The service adviser was very rude and short with my fiance. My fiance called me to get a list of everything that needed fixing and I could hear how he was being treated by the service adviser. At one point the service adviser asked "well what do you want me to do about it". I was shocked and very irritated. I wanted him to leave and go to Mel Raptom Honda but we didn't. I have purchased many cases from Maita/Carmichael Honda and have had them serviced there. Not anymore after the way we have been treated. Plus they could not find several of the problems the car is having and the problems still exist. Good bye Maita. More
