2016 Honda Civic I found the car that had fit my budget and my specification. Loann at Maita Honda had not only showed us her exception service but she had listen to o I found the car that had fit my budget and my specification. Loann at Maita Honda had not only showed us her exception service but she had listen to our idea on the car that was in my budget.I was able to test drive the car and felt comfortable with the two cars that she had provided me. The next day I wanted to see the car that I originally saw in the lot. However the car was already sold but Loann had gave us a even better offer on a car that came with Honda certified. After I had made my decision she had walked me through the process and was very patient. Overall I was very satisfied with the service. After walking out of the lot and driving it for a little bit I was amazed on the results that the car. 10/10 for everything. Thank you again for all the help you have provided me. More

Okay service and process Salesman was knowledgeable, but he said he would have the interior middle compartment cleaned. It was not cleaned of the sticky soda.
