Great experience. Awesome Babysitters! Loann at Maita Honda was GREAT! She approached me in a timely manner (did not rush me like other sales people usually do). She listened to my concerns and affectively paraphrased what I told her, so I knew she had an understanding. Loann recommended a car based exactly on what I was looking for. She did not push me to a higher trim line or try to low ball with an entry level trim line. She showed me the trim with exactly what I was looking for in a new car and showed me what a little more money could get. BUT that’s not my favorite part of my experience. I was with my daughter and thought it would be tough to get a car bought having to watch her and listen to a sales rep at the same time. Loann did a WONDERFUL job at keeping my two year old entertained and preoccupied so I can focus on numbers and getting the sale done. That really meant a lot to me as I was able to purchase my car easily without any issues from a two year old. I couldn’t have done it without Loann! Thank you! More
