No service review done, no call returned. Service tech was paged three times to review our service report “tie rod issue”. Great repair, but courtesy ride mess up Great repair, but was supposed to be picked up. I dropped car off 945ish AM as per appointment time and was given ride home, about 2.5 miles. By 430 no call, so I instant message through website and they were going to have service call. Got call back at 510, but was told it was too late for ride. This was a huge inconvenience as I had to scramble to find ride/Uber before closing . If I knew earlier I could have made arrangements. More

Great experience I have always found it painful going to a car dealer, but not this time. We had a great experience with Loann, our salesperson and her general manager Todd. They treated us fair and I bought a beautiful car. There were a couple bumps in the road but we worked it out.
