Kudos to the Service Team at Maita's My 2005 Honda needed repairs that have been delayed for some time. I brought my car in for an oil change on Monday and spoke with service representati My 2005 Honda needed repairs that have been delayed for some time. I brought my car in for an oil change on Monday and spoke with service representative Ryan about some of the problems I was having with my car. Ryan took my cell phone number and said he would get back to me by text as soon as they could determine what the problems were caused by. I was offered a shuttle ride home with a driver named Yentz. Wonderful man with great personality! Enjoyed that ride home! Within a couple of hours, Ryan sent me a text with a list of issues and the cost to repair each one. Communicating in this way saved me a lot of time and worry. I responded with an OK to do the repairs and was informed that parts needed to be ordered and they would need the car until Tuesday afternoon to complete the work. I had planned on giving a friend a ride to his doctor's appointment at 1 PM on Tuesday and texted back that I would need the work done as soon as possible. Ryan texted that he would see what he could do and would get back to me. I was planning of making other arrangements to bring my friend to his appointment. The next morning, Ryan informed me that my car would be ready around 11 AM, but thought it would be wise to send the shuttle to pick me up and bring me in earlier so I could leave from Maita as soon as it was done. I agreed. Yentz picked me up at 9:45 AM from my home and drove me back to Maita. I waited only about 15 minutes when Ryan came in and said my car was ready! I was so happy to see there was no delay and that I could keep the plans I had made for the rest of the day! As always, I have consistently brought my car to Maita and (formerly Carmichael Honda) for servicing. Even though there were Honda dealerships closer to home, I am a loyal customer to Maita for these reasons. Thank You guys for all that you do to keep your customer informed and happy!!! More
