Service before a long haul Needed service before a long trip. The person who checked me in was most pleasant. Service took a while as I also needed brake fluid replacement and safety check. As several people had been checked out, and came in after me, I decided to go sit outside. There my vehicle was sitting, unattended for quite some time. Some one finally got in and apparently drove it to the car wash. Soon after, here it came and my check-in person said it was ready. Interesting enough, once I paid and returned to my SUV it HAD NOT been washed. Obviously, as there was dirt and dust on the windshield and lots of dust in spots. Not a big deal as I am going to have it thoroughly cleaned by a professional car wash tomorrow. However, I will not bother to request another car wash through this location as I won't have to wait for it not to be done. Basic service and customer service is usually most pleasant. More

Loann is currently their only woman sales rep and she was wonderful. Understanding that I wanted a new or used car to provide reliability and to keep up on the highway, she encouraged me to try at least three different ones, including one that I thought I would never be interested in. Of course, that's the one that I loved and purchased! Loann Thomas is genuinely warm, friendly, and really listened to my likes and dislikes, and provided some great suggestions to try out. She is very patient, and has a great sense of humor, which made the car-buying process much less stressful than I was expecting. Also, Finance Manager Mary Ellen Noonan was wonderful and helped me understand the loan process clearly and concisely. Thank you Maita Honda Team! More
