Great staff, great experience, sweet vehicle I worked with JJ and Matthew, with JJ originally responding to my email inquiry. When we met with him for our 10 a.m. Saturday appointment, he took us for a test drive, providing plenty of details and answered our questions. Then things got busy, and he asked with we'd mind working with Matthew. We went on another drive in the car we eventually purchased, had another great conversation and were fairly put at our ease. Ridgeline service Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, Serviceman listened when I told him the way the vehicle was sounding. I had to make an additional appointment to show them something they should've been able to show my husband during the first visit. Experts should be able and willing to notify customers of other related problems. Besides, they are supposed to be the experts. More
