2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation I was told an hour and a half to 2 hours because it was mid-Saturday morning and it was busy. But man it was way past 2 hours. And whoever the young kid was that drove my car up to me had horrible body odor - my car stunk for at least 30 minutes til I could air it out. I think from now on I will go to Natomas auto care by my house much faster & cheaper. Your cars are very overpriced in your lot too. Over $20,000 for a Honda Civic with 55,000 miles? My car is Honda Accord with 44,000 miles and its valued at $12,500 - no accidents or damage too. More
