Mostly easy Barbara was great and easy to work with. The price for the car was better than other dealerships nearby and I like that it included a power train warranty. Matt was fine. Not the most exciting person. I clearly told Matt that I would go through finance on my own and my wife would just sign everything when finished. And then I waited and waited. He went to finance and came back and told me that we need to wait for my wife so finance could explain the contract to her. I had to go tell the finance person myself that he needed to deal with me. We had a 2 year old and a new born with us and my wife was keeping them occupied and I didn't really appreciate waiting for nothing (the finance guy wasn't busy). I would have liked for Matt to advocate that for me, instead he just went with what he was told. I have purchased other cars where they came to my house afterward and my wife simply signed at all the tabs... she really does leave that department to me. Anyway... minor issue. Recall work I received letter of recall for 2nd air bag problem. I tried to make an appt thru the website assistant twice with no luck. Third time, I went thru' website to get to a phone number, spoke to a person, I requested 11am - she said closest appt available was 10:15. That was fine too. Took my car in, parked in lane for service. Young man said someone would be with me soon. No others were around, not even customers. Five minutes later the service writer arrived. I asked about how long it would take as the girl on the phone said 4-6 hours, but the letter said 30 minutes. He said it would be 4-6 hours as they still had to take care of "paying customers". Really? We have 2001 Accord and 2011 CRV both purchased here. I would consider myself a paying customer....and I was there because of a Honda issue, not my issue. Wasn't happy and felt insulted. More
