Great service but unfriendly reception First time coming to get my car serviced at a Honda dealership, but I have been to many dealerships before and the reception is pretty nonexistent. I brought rolled my car up to the service line and I came out of my car and stood around for a while and when I made eye contact with someone, I was gruffly told to wait in my car. If first time buyer don’t go here I got an ok deal. Sales person at first tried to up-sale me by giving me an estimate of a 7,000 down payment with a 600 monthly payment. But I told hi I got an ok deal. Sales person at first tried to up-sale me by giving me an estimate of a 7,000 down payment with a 600 monthly payment. But I told him that online I saw much less. I ended up putting 5,000 down payment with and monthly payment of around 430 which I thought was great. But with a 6.7% APR, all my friends and family told me that I didn’t get that great of a deal. I tried calling/emailing the sales rep (Daniel) to explain but I never got much of a response back. If you’re a first time buyer, don’t go here. More

Car was dirty After car wash my car was still so dirty in some spots. Also, it was very wet on some areas. And after being on sun for 5 minutes while I was paying i After car wash my car was still so dirty in some spots. Also, it was very wet on some areas. And after being on sun for 5 minutes while I was paying it turns on dry hard remove spots. I wasn't expect excellent car wash, I understand that it's not main service but from my past experience it can be done much better. Thanks anyway. More
