2018 Ridgeline Purchase Getting the price ahead of time (online) on the Ridgeline, and working with Todd Stamps made the purchase very easy, and comfortable. We had been in one other time to take a look around at the vehicles. There was literally "no pressure" from Todd during either visit. I wish all dealers / salespeople would be that way. Can't say enough about how nice it was to work with Todd on this purchase. I would say the only thing I was a little disappointed in was despite having nearly perfect credit, there were no Honda financing specials. Mary Ellen worked with us to get the best rate possible, but with everything you see on the market from other dealers, you would expect something from Honda for the trucks. Also, I would add that while I know the financing staff is to sell the extra "plans and insurance" type items, and they may be a good deal, that becomes a little bit of pressure situation, even if not intended to be. I know it's always a choice for the buyer, but because of the time it takes to get thru the paperwork, decisions are rushed, and buyers need to have more time to look up and analyze those plans. I would give 5 stars if the financing options were better and the special insurance / maintenance plans were given as "options" to look at, and add later...to simplify the purchasing of the vehicle. More
