Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Had the air conditioning on my 1999 Honda Accord a couple of months previous. It needed checking out again a couple of weeks later as there was a problem with belt squealing. It was checked over and was thought fixed. Last week I had my son returned after I told him that it was still making noise. Serviceman was good enough to have it thoroughly checked out and found a problem that had not been discovered previously. He was ever so helpful and good enough to take it seriously. I am a senior adult and am very attached to my car as it seems to serve my needs and has proved its usefulness over the years. All the customer service people at your dealership have been good and kind and most helpful. More

A great experience at Maita Honda! I went to Maita Honda on 9-12-18 for an oil change and to find out what was causing the rattle in the left front side of my vehicle. Enter Ryan, Se I went to Maita Honda on 9-12-18 for an oil change and to find out what was causing the rattle in the left front side of my vehicle. Enter Ryan, Service Writer of your dreams! He asked me what I came in for and I told him. He "walked me through" what the oil change for my car would entail and said a technician would check the rattle. I decided to wait in case the rattle turned out to be something serious. In less than 2 hours the oil was changed, filters replaced, multi-point safety inspection completed, etc. Plus, the technician discovered the front left strut locking nut had come loose and was causing the rattle. Both front strut locking nuts were tightened and, just like that, the rattling ceased! Ryan came to get me in the waiting room...like I said, in less than 2 hours after I arrived, and gave me the info on my car. My experience with everyone I encountered that day was simply fabulous...friendly, yet professional...everyone had a smile on their face and all were extremely courteous. Thank you! Jana More

On an impulse, I drove in, found the express oil change lane, ordered an oil change, added in new wiper blades, and was sent inside to wait. I was told it would be about an hour, but was done much more quickly. Everyone was friendly. Get there early for a better selection of free donuts, and the coffee is around the corner, toward the restrooms. I will be coming back for further servicing. More
