I came in for a scheduled 1:30 service appointment on Saturday, 9/12/20. When I pulled in I was the only car there. A young woman (don't know her name as she did not introduce herself) came out and ask Saturday, 9/12/20. When I pulled in I was the only car there. A young woman (don't know her name as she did not introduce herself) came out and asked why I was there and told her I had an appt for an oil change and B1 indicator. She told me what that was and how much it would be. I asked why the oil change was so expensive when I could go down the street and pay $35. She basically said they are not offering the same service and I could go there if I wanted to. I mentioned I get coupons in the mail all the time from Maita for less than she quoted but she did not offer to honor any of those coupons. She asked if I had been there before and told her I purchased the car there back in 2006 and have been there many times for regular service. Then she began to take my information and asked me to get the reading off my own odometer. This is the first time any service person at anywhere I've ever been has asked me to get my own mileage, then on top of it I banged my head on the door jam leaning over to get it and she didn't even ask if I was okay. As she finished getting my information, she again asked if I had been there before and I told her that I had just said 2 minutes earlier I bought the car there. She also did not give me a copy of the quote/service being done like every time I've been there before even though I asked for it. Having purchased the car there, having it serviced there many times, (spending many thousands and thousands of dollars there) and having an appt, I would have expected my name/car model to be on an appt list and her to know who I was when I pulled up, especially since I was the only car there. This was the worst service I have ever received there and I question whether I will ever go back or consider purchasing my next car there. More
