As a senior with a seriously compromised immune system I was literally afraid to sit in a public place while my car was being serviced. The Maita Honda service team really stepped up. They arranged for everything to be handled remotely. Car was serviced quickly and drop off and pick up easy. Most importantly, in addition to the good service, they made sure that those who worked on my car wiped it down after, and my car was washed. I am so grateful! More

Disappointing finish Had a great relationship with my salesman, but when I test drove the car there was a warning that was not resolved when I picked up the car. Like dealing with a long time friend While looking for a replacement vehicle for my daughter, I found a Honda Accord on-line which seemed to fit the criteria, except she had wanted a Civi While looking for a replacement vehicle for my daughter, I found a Honda Accord on-line which seemed to fit the criteria, except she had wanted a Civic. Upon checking on the Accord's availability, Loann Thomas immediately called me back and we set an appt. to view the vehicle. Loann even walked out to the parking lot to check on the vehicle exterior and interior colors before we came down to test drive the car. Loann was absolutely fantastic to deal with, and it was like dealing with a long-time friend when we found out we had both lived in the same Silicon Valley city!!! Loann and my daughter really hit it off, my wife and I both clicked with Loann, and after a couple of test drives, the deal was sealed!! Bought the car at a very reasonable price, made my daughter very happy with the larger Accord rather than the Civic, was impressed with the perfect condition of the 2017 car, and had the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. Loann has followed-up with my daughter and has insured that a couple of very minor issues have been taken care of, to the complete satisfaction of my daughter. Way to go, Loann!!! More
