Loann was great. Scheduled an appt w/ Loann and not only was she prompt and ready for appt but it was her day off. She is personable and genuine and can connect with customer. She supports mitliary. Dealership however, doesn't support nor respects military. Bought car with cash on Memorial day week and wouldn't deal nor wouldn't fill up tank on small compact car. Shame! Riding on others sacrifice to sit behind desk. No honor with sales manager. I'd recommend Autonation Honda Roseville. They didnt have the car I wanted or I'd avoided Maita. More

I really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to xxxxxxxx me and the price was the price. The sales lady was awesome, straight to the point and understood her audience. She was also xxxx funny! Before buying this car, we did research on the internet and found that the Honda Pilot would fit my wife's needs. We first went to Roseville Honda and did not get help for over 20 minutes.so we left. I told my wife, let's go to Maita Honda. We where greeted by an employee and he said he would get someone to help us. Then Daniel introduced himself and we told him what we were looking for. He brought old a car that matched my wife's description. We test drove it and asked for a Memorial Day discount. Sold! If you looking for a Honda, see Daniel a caring person. More

Always good service - almost Mostly all good - but this is the second time they didn't reset/recalibrate my 'low tire pressure' indicator after a tire rotation - not really a prob Mostly all good - but this is the second time they didn't reset/recalibrate my 'low tire pressure' indicator after a tire rotation - not really a problem now that I know how to do it myself - but it would be nice not to have that thing come on and worry me.
