I think his name was thomas if my memory serves right. We bought two cars , and we were with the finance department and some clarification was needed so the finance guy called for sales manager and the way he came in and shouting and calling for the Salesperson and sitting in the finance person's chair like he was getting to see some movie and very unprofessional. My nephew is a dentist and he almost walked out before I took control of the sitution. Bottom line is he needs training in communication in my opinion before he is put out on the floor, it reflects very bad on the overall organization. More

When I took the car home it wouldn’t start the next day. i got stranded at work one day and couldn’t get to work another day. They sold me a car with a completely dead battery and told me that it was checked and good. The AAA guy who jumped my car tested the battery and said it was completely trash. I am not happy with the dishonesty here. More

I was offered a new set of tires that were not urgent and turned them down. I don't think you were understaffed. I think the facility couldn't handle it. You would need many more workstations to handle your business. More
