The strong arm tactics of the "closers" was totally off-putting and I would not have returned to pay cash for the car had not Sonny and Andrew listened and fought for what I wanted not what the "closers" wanted. Also, trying to contact a salesperson by phone is a nightmare. I called 5 times and left messages with the phone person and only one of those messages was delivered. Finally, the service department did work on my 2015 Toyota Prius Plugin, I hope that they will take as of good care of my new RAV4. At least I hope that their attitude is better than some people in the sales department. More

good service but parts and labor were overpriced a lot. replacing the alternator and belt cost over $1,100. That's for two parts and 3.7 hours of labor. Brian odds s good service writer. My second concern is that my Avalon only has 74k miles and the alternator fails. Further i was told my steering system is leaking and that's another $1,800. This avalon has the lowest quality of any car I've ever purchased. That list includes a dodge neon that cost half of the avalon. Good service is great but it pales next to purchase cost, cost of service, and low quality of the car. More

True Start Battery Sold buy Toyota Dealers I am not happy how the Toyota True Start battery performed I bought a new one but It did not even last for 36 months it's true that they have 24 month I am not happy how the Toyota True Start battery performed I bought a new one but It did not even last for 36 months it's true that they have 24 months full replacement warranty but after 24 months that would be prorated. In my case they give me 50 percent of if you do the math I still loose money why: Paid for First battery : $ 130.00 it last only for 32 months Paid for Second Battery: $ 65..00 I don't know how long will it last Let's assume this will last 33 months so 33 + 32 = 65 months or 5.4 years this is the normal life span you will get for a very good battery that will cost around $140.00. So I feel like they took advantage of me on that part. More
