Excellent service but I always go to Maita Toyota to get my car serviced because their customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond when servicing my car. The I always go to Maita Toyota to get my car serviced because their customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond when servicing my car. The only problem I had this last visit is that the estimated time I was given was 2 hours, but I ended up waiting for my car twice as long. I wouldn’t have minded as much if someone let me know why, but I didn’t find out until my car was ready. In the end, the mechanic was just doing everything he could to service a certain part of my car. So, I still give 5 stars for their service. More

Excellent work and service, everytime I visit Maita I have been bringing our Toyota's to Maita for service for years and everytime I visit I continue to be impressed by the experience. Just okay My service writer was very nice and has nothing to do with my low review, he was great at communicating and taking care of my concerns. I am a bit d My service writer was very nice and has nothing to do with my low review, he was great at communicating and taking care of my concerns. I am a bit disappointed how the mechanics handled my vehicle. I find it very odd that they do not care to be a little cleaner when servicing my car. For example my oil change sticker on my windshield, they removed the old one, left all the gunk on it and then placed the new one below where the old one is with dirty finger prints all over it for me to clean up which I find very annoying and shows the amount of care they put into it.
